Student Fee: $25
Teacher Fee: $25 if the teacher enters 5
or fewer students. If the teacher enters 6 or more students, the fee is
$35, and for teachers entering 11 or more students, the fee will be $45.
If the teacher monitors the required number of recitals or volunteers in some other way, the teacher fee is waived.
